Kyle Zaylor, Managing Principal, has a robust background in designing, entitling, and constructing over 5,000 multifamily units, 350,000 square feet of retail space, and 1.7 million square feet of office space, totaling projects valued over $3 billion. His expertise spans a diverse range of large commercial endeavors, from $5 million to over $300 million projects in California and the Pacific Northwest. Kyle holds an MBA and Master of Science in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The Ohio State University.

Santosh Kuruvilla, Principal, brings a wealth of experience in business strategy and operations, particularly in the luxury hospitality and multi-family residential sectors. He has played key roles in launching iconic properties such as Borgata Atlantic City, Atlantis Dubai, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and InterContinental Danang. Prior to joining Macree, Santosh spent four years at The Irvine Company, managing The Resort at Pelican Hill and later leading operations at Villas Fashion Island, a 525-unit luxury residential complex. His expertise in streamlining operations, optimizing costs, and enhancing guest experiences has consistently driven success across industries.
